I became an Accredited Practitioner of The Bowen Technique with The European College of Bowen Studies in 2005.

I first experienced Bowen whilst on a nursing sabbatical in Albania.  I was volunteering in a Children’s Home and a colleague had recently completed her Bowen training.  I saw the amazing effect Bowen had on the children and staff within the home and of course was lucky enough to receive a few Bowen treatments.

A few years later I suffered from back pain myself and found a local Bowen Practitioner and again was amazed by the treatment.  I decided it was time to undertake the training!

I obtained my Diploma in Indian Head Massage in Jan 2004,  Ear Candling in Jan 2014,  Holistic Facial in Jan 2015 & Massage in Feb 2016.  In Feb 2018 I obtained a Diploma in Naturopathy, May 2018 I completed my Reiki Level 1.  In May and July 2018 I obtained two certificates in Reflexology.

I obtained my Diploma in Childrens Nursing in 1996. I spent most of my nursing career working in Paediatric Intensive Care.  I feel my nursing background has enhanced my people and communication skills and taught me the importance of respect, dignity and client confidentiality.
